Broke Mill RV Park is a new facility in the first stage of construction.  It is located approximately 3 miles west of Del Rio, TX on US Highway 90. 

When completed the park will have 40 seasonal sites and 40 overnight sites.  There will be an event center for rallies and events, an exercise room, a laundry mat, a day room, a pool and modern, clean bathrooms and showers.  There will be no mobile home or permanent sites.

The seasonal sites will be back-in sites measuring 45ft by 70ft.  The overnight sites will be pull-through measuring 40ft by 70ft.  An additional parking space will be included on each site for an extra vehicle or boat.  All sites will have both 50 amp and 30 amp service, water, sewer and TV cable.

Wireless internet will be provided in the park as well as complimentary internet computers in the day room.
