DAILY AND WEEKLY

Reservations can be made by phone or website, no deposit required.  Please notify of cancellation as soon as possible

 MONTHLY

Monthly reservations will be confirmed with a $100.00 deposit by check or cash.  Deposit will be applied to your first month rent upon arrival.  Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival.

 SITE SELECTION

Every effort will be made to place you in or close to your preferred site.  Sites are awarded on a first come first served basis in conjunction with consideration for length of stay, grouping of multiple rigs, extra people, vehicles or boats; pets, and physical limitations.

All sites are 70’ long and 40-45” wide with an additional 10’ x 30’ pad and can accommodate one RV, one vehicle, and one 30’ boat unhitched at the site.  Additional parking or desire to leave boat unhitched requires premium site placement or use of off-site parking area.
